The story of Rajpal Agricultural Machinery — from a trading firm to a global disc blade manufacturer exporting to 16 countries.
The Rajpal family's connection to agricultural steel goes back to 1964. In 2004, Mr. Ashok Rajpal formalised Rajpal Agricultural Machinery as a trading operation — exporting agricultural components to the USA and Southeast Asia, building the international networks the company still draws on today.
In 2016, the third generation arrived. Tejasv Rajpal joined the business with a clear mandate: return to manufacturing, invest in materials science, and build a world-class disc blade brand. He shifted the company exclusively to 28MnCrB5 chromium-boron steel and press-quench heat treatment — the combination that defines the product today.
By 2022, two CNC laser cutting machines and a shot blasting line were added. By 2025, the company was exporting to 16 countries across five continents and had completed its first formal heat treatment special process audit — a milestone that opened the door to direct OEM supply programmes globally.
