Category 01 · Superseeder Blades
Super Seeder Blades
Two blade types. One machine.

Modern superseeder machines use two distinct blade types working together — a stainless steel disc opener that creates the furrow, and a boron steel flat coulter that cuts through crop residue ahead of the disc. We manufacture both.

Wet paddy stubble, mud, and clay slide off the polished SS 202 disc surface. No wrapping, no clogging. Rust-free during off-season storage.

Boron coulter — 48–52 HRC
The flat coulter cuts through crop residue ahead of the disc opener. 28MnCrB5 boron steel at 48–52 HRC — hard enough to slice through straw cleanly without deforming.

11-cut & 15-cut profiles
Two coulter profiles to match different residue conditions. Both manufactured from the same 28MnCrB5 boron steel with the same heat treatment process.
Category 02 · Boron Steel 28MnCrB5
Heavy-Duty Harrow & Rotavator Discs
100% boron steel. Maximum impact resistance.

The choice for secondary tillage. We do not use high-carbon spring steel. Every disc in this category is manufactured from 28MnCrB5 boron steel and fully heat treated — quenched and tempered to 48–52 HRC. Four profiles available to match your machine's disc arrangement and soil type.

💪
Boron steel only
28MnCrB5 boron steel — not high-carbon spring steel. Boron's hardenability means the 48–52 HRC hardness runs through the full disc cross-section, not just the surface.
🔨
Impact resistance
Secondary tillage discs hit stones, buried debris, and hard pan regularly. At 48–52 HRC, our discs absorb impact without cracking or deforming.

Plain, Notched, Conical, and Flat Centre — covering the full range of harrow and rotavator configurations used in Indian farming conditions.
Category 03 · Boron Steel 28MnCrB5
Primary Tillage Plough & Poly Discs
Deep dish. Heavy clay. Virgin soil.

Built for extreme soil inversion — primary tillage in heavy clay, black cotton soil, and virgin land. Our deep-dish technology provides the aggressive soil throw needed for full inversion. Special 142mm large-bore hub option available for heavy-duty ploughs requiring oversized axle fitment.

28" 4.5 – 8.0 mm 40 – 100 mm 102 mm 14.0 – 28.0 kg
🌱
Full soil inversion
Deep concavity (98–182mm) generates the aggressive soil throw needed for complete inversion — burying crop residue, breaking hard pan, and aerating compacted subsoil.
🔩
142mm large-bore hub
The 24" deep-dish is available with a 142mm centre hole for heavy-duty ploughs with oversized axle assemblies — a specification not available from most Indian manufacturers.
📐
Wide thickness range
Up to 8.0mm thick on the 26" and 28" discs — for operators working in stony, abrasive soils where thinner discs wear out within a season.
Three categories. One manufacturer. Same press quench, same boron steel, same quality you can verify with a Rockwell test on delivery.
