Super Seeder Blades
Two blade types. One machine.

Modern superseeder machines use two distinct blade types together — an SS 202 stainless disc opener that creates the furrow, and a boron steel flat coulter that cuts through crop residue ahead of the disc. We manufacture both.

Wet paddy stubble and mud slide off the polished SS 202 surface. No wrapping, no clogging. Rust-free during off-season storage — ready to run the moment you start the machine.

The flat coulter slices through paddy straw and stubble ahead of the disc opener. 28MnCrB5 boron steel, press-quenched to 48–52 HRC — hard enough to cut cleanly without deforming.

Two notch profiles for different residue conditions. Both manufactured from the same 28MnCrB5 boron steel with the same heat treatment — only the profile geometry differs.

Harrow & Rotavator Discs
100% boron steel. Maximum impact resistance.

The choice for secondary tillage across Indian soil conditions. We use only 28MnCrB5 boron steel — not high-carbon spring steel — fully heat treated to 48–52 HRC. Four profiles available to match your machine configuration and soil type.

28MnCrB5 exclusively — not high-carbon spring steel. Boron's hardenability means the 48–52 HRC runs through the full disc cross-section, not just the surface layer.

Secondary tillage discs hit stones and buried debris constantly. At 48–52 HRC with boron steel's ductile failure mode, our discs bend rather than shatter — protecting your machine.

Built for extreme soil inversion — primary tillage in heavy clay, black cotton soil, and virgin land. Deep-dish technology for aggressive soil throw. Special 142mm large-bore hub option for heavy-duty ploughs with oversized axle assemblies.

Deep concavity (98–182mm) generates the aggressive soil throw needed for complete inversion — burying crop residue, breaking hard pan, and aerating compacted subsoil.

24" deep-dish available with 142mm centre hole for heavy-duty ploughs with oversized axle assemblies — a specification unavailable from most Indian manufacturers.

Up to 8mm thick
Maximum 8mm thickness on 26" and 28" discs — for operators working in stony and abrasive soils where thinner discs wear out within a season.
